Owned the renewal process for approximately 700 customers in a SaaS environment, combining contract analysis, Salesforce reporting, process design, and customer-facing coordination.

• Built reporting workflows to track renewal cohorts one to four months ahead.
• Expanded advance renewal outreach from roughly 20 days to 120 days.
• Created a comprehensive standard operating procedure for the renewals function.
